Taian Haohua Plastics was established by China Hao Hua Chemical Industry Group and Taian Tourist Trade Group, as a special factory to produce all kinds of plastic ropes and nets. It is located at the foot of the world-famous Mt. Tai, specifically in the middle of Jinhua Road and in the south of Taian Advanced Technical Development Zone.
Wide Product Range to Choose from
We offer PE, PP, mixed, fiber, multifilament, split film, braided, steel, hawser and functional ropes, ropes with lead, as well as monofilament, multifilament and splitfilm twines, nets, filaments and belts.
Current Electricity Capacity Reaching 1.14kWA
The corporation has six subordinate factories namely Rope Producing Factory, Color PE Rope Factory, Vinylon Rope Factory, Net Weaving Factory and Braid Rope Factory, with more than 200 sets of specific equipment from South Korea, Japan and Taiwan such as yarn drawing machines, circle twisting machines, rope producing machines, net machines and braided rope machines.
Our factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of space allotted for production, storage, management and administration sectors. With such resources, our current electricity capacity is 1.14kWA.
Exporting to Japan, the US, the UK and Australia
With a production capacity exceeding 8,000 tons, we have a workforce of 800 including 200 college and university graduates and 100 technicians. With their help, our company has ranked first in recent years in terms of technology capacity, management and marketing ability among other companies in the same industry in China. About 65% of our products are exported mainly to Japan, the US, the UK and Australia.
